Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy manufacturing teams across specialized departments including Mixing, Molding & Trimming, Coating & Washing, and Cleanroom operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to maintain a high-performance culture and ensure adherence to cGMP standards.
• Act as a primary problem solver by partnering with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality departments to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor real-time production via paperless tracking systems to manage KPIs and meet strict delivery deadlines.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain industry-leading safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and consistently hit production targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Previous experience working in regulated FDA or GMP environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
