Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 20+ technicians in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility
• Oversee department workflows, equipment, and quality adherence to ensure high-quality dental fabrication
• Manage administrative tasks including case flow tracking, delinquency reports, and interdepartmental communication
• Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and inventory management
• Coach, educate, and manage staff performance, including training, development plans, and necessary discipline
• Troubleshoot people, process, and technology issues to eliminate downtime and meet production goals
• Analyze production activities and maintain daily metrics to recommend or implement corrective actions
• Lead 5S initiatives within designated departments

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience working with HR to manage training, hiring, performance improvement, and terminations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of 5S, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and material flow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
