Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production personnel to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives
• Coordinate with Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Assurance to resolve schedule, technical, and quality issues
• Monitor associate performance, conduct performance reviews, and manage disciplinary actions
• Assign work according to production schedules and direct the activities of production lead associates
• Direct the fabrication of prototypes, tooling, jigs, and fixtures
• Implement preventive maintenance, safety programs, and quality enforcement within the production area
• Plan and implement training programs for all production personnel and maintain accurate training records

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years of related manufacturing experience
• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Lead role within a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in SyteLine or other ERP systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Strong experience in mentoring, coaching, and training teams
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
