Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and arrange production based on production plans and allocate manpower effectively to achieve targets
• Maintain daily production discipline, ensuring personnel follow process requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Analyze and improve quality issues promptly to prevent recurrence
• Monitor and maintain EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards within the workshop and report risks
• Control the use of raw materials and auxiliary materials to minimize waste
• Conduct skill training for new employees and multi-skill training for existing staff
• Promote and execute continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
• Complete accurate team reports and ensure effective work handovers
• Perform personnel capability assessments and implement employee incentives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision
• Knowledge of relevant management laws and regulations
• Strong understanding of and compliance with EHS policies and procedures
• Basic English proficiency (ability to read and understand work-related documents and emails)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manual assembly production management
• Experience managing high-mix, low-volume production models
• Knowledge and practical experience in Lean Manufacturing
