Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards in all production areas
• Manage and control assigned human and material resources
• Monitor production efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs) on an hourly basis
• Implement actions to reduce scrap and waste
• Follow Quality Management (QMS) and Environmental Management (EMS) guidelines
• Execute and close out corrective and preventive actions from audits or incidents
• Train and develop personnel in production processes, safety, and quality
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Materials, and Maintenance departments
• Manage inventories and ensure proper use of materials and supplies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production and problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in leadership and personnel supervision
• Knowledge of production efficiency and scrap reduction techniques
• Experience managing hourly production indicators
• Understanding of quality standards and material/inventory control
• Ability to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Knowledge and application of safety and hygiene protocols
• Capability to train and develop staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA)
• Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
• Experience with plastic molding
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards
• Participation in process improvement or fixture design initiatives
• Familiarity with Mexican Labor Law (LFT)
