Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of production associates to foster high performance
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to solve problems effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Monitor and optimize production schedules to meet quality and delivery targets
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology
• Coach and develop team members through regular performance feedback
• Review and analyze production metrics to identify improvement areas
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Drive process improvements and ensure product quality through standardized work

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and 5S methodology
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and production scheduling software
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the glass industry
