Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the manufacture of building products to meet production demands while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity
• Collaborate with plant leadership to develop staffing guidelines and optimize resource utilization
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and train employees to meet performance goals
• Drive initiatives for 5S, cost reduction, and quality improvement
• Conduct daily safety and production meetings
• Manage materials to reduce waste and support quality
• Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork, logs, and audits
• Address urgent production or shipping requirements as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate, mentor, and train employees
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12am, Monday through Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field
