Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production demands
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and train manufacturing staff
• Drive 5S, cost reduction, and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage materials to reduce waste and support quality
• Conduct daily safety and production meetings
• Maintain accurate paperwork including logs, audits, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with plant leadership on staffing and resource optimization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for prolonged periods
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with high noise levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, saws, and pneumatic equipment
