Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage production processes and people to meet established goals and indicators
• Lead and develop team members in a collaborative, results-oriented environment
• Drive production efficiency through effective management of resources and workflows
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within the production area

Requirements

• Technical or higher education degree
• Solid knowledge of production processes
• Proven experience in direct leadership roles
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the tire industry
• Knowledge of Quality Tools
• Familiarity with safety processes
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Basic knowledge of Power BI
