Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel in assembly and sub-assembly lines
• Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Monitor KPIs including efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity
• Coordinate line startups, model changeovers, and operational troubleshooting
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and SMED
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize manufacturing processes
• Balance production lines and improve operational capacity
• Coordinate corrective actions for quality issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Train and develop operators and line leaders
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Experience managing personnel or leading production-related projects
• Experience in high-volume/high-mix manufacturing environments
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (A3, 5S, Kaizen, SMED)
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with production line transfers or ramp-ups
• Experience in fast-paced environments with hourly production targets
• Knowledge of line balancing and capacity optimization
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI)
