Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities for batteries, electrical panels, and air conditioning machines
• Manage a direct team of 20 to 30 operators, ensuring performance and professional development
• Ensure compliance with production, quality, deadline, and safety objectives within the plant
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) and lead KAIZEN projects
• Participate in daily production meetings and interdepartmental coordination with maintenance, quality, and logistics
• Proactively detect and resolve operational deviations to optimize processes and resources

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar technical field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Proven experience in team management within a production setting
• English language proficiency at a B1 level or higher
