Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports to meet production goals.
• Prepare daily workflows and staffing demands for assigned areas.
• Support plant management by meeting production, safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Investigate work area problems and report them to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Administer and communicate company policies, procedures, and labor agreement contracts.
• Assist in maintaining safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding workforce, attendance, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with other Production Supervisors to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial sewing experience.
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with WMI.
