Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Execute routine operations of assigned areas, ensuring compliance with employee, food, feed, and environmental safety policies.
• Monitor production quantity and quality to ensure all customer and food safety requirements are met within specifications.
• Partner with other production supervisors to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.
• Administer departmental production budgets, execute purchase orders, and ensure timely invoice payments.
• Develop operational plans and monitor routine processes across multiple departments and shifts.
• Supervise, coach, and develop direct reports, including handling personnel decisions such as hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of directly related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience.
