Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plant production operations to ensure compliance with production plans.
• Guarantee adherence to quality and productivity standards across molding, injection, and extrusion processes.
• Manage workloads and define priorities within the plastics manufacturing area.
• Resolve operational issues and respond to unexpected equipment failures.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop personnel by fostering teamwork and providing necessary training.
• Control operating costs and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Completed Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• 3-5 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing environments.
• Technical knowledge of the plastics industry, including molding, injection, and extrusion.
• Experience managing assembly and packaging lines.
• Proficiency in quality management tools such as Ishikawa and the PDCA cycle.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (JDE is a plus) and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work proactively and manage high-pressure environments.
