Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the production team by creating a positive, safe, and productive work environment
• Act as the primary communication link between the production floor and management
• Ensure all products meet quality specifications and lead root cause analysis investigations
• Champion 5S organization and Lean principles to maximize throughput and reduce waste
• Execute production ramp plans and integrate new processes seamlessly
• Oversee training, certification, and mentorship of new Production Associates
• Conduct regular safety audits and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) in coordination with EHS
• Manage day-to-day administrative needs including scheduling and time-card approvals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments
• Experience scaling production lines or working in high-growth environments
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
• Flexibility to work variable hours or weekends to support production milestones
