Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day overnight production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of the production plan.
• Execute and communicate production schedules, priorities, and status updates to meet customer and business objectives.
• Lead daily Tier 1 meetings to communicate key information related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Utilize KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development to a team of direct reports to support employee growth and engagement.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to minimize downtime and ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience supervising a team of at least 10 direct reports.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to work the overnight shift (11:00pm to 7:30am).
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
