Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure fulfillment of the production program, direct costs, service levels, and labor costs
• Oversee compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM), clean industry, and ecological standards
• Coordinate activities to maintain a positive work environment and achieve GPW survey recertification
• Negotiate with logistics, maintenance, quality, and R&D departments to optimize production performance
• Manage execution of food safety management systems (ISO 22000)
• Approve continuous improvement initiatives to increase team involvement and achieve objectives

Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Food Engineering
• Proven experience in production environments
• Experience in quality control and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in SAP
• Experience in personnel administration and team management
