Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and ensure production schedules are communicated to operators
• Monitor output, downtime, scrap, labor utilization, and production flow
• Supervise production operators and leads, maintaining accountability for attendance and GMP compliance
• Enforce all safety policies, GMPs, and food safety requirements
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams
• Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready production areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing leadership experience
• Food manufacturing experience
• Basic computer and production documentation skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
