Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all line operations from the test floor to finishing to meet demand profiles.
• Strategically manage manpower and resources to maximize utilization and meet cycle time targets.
• Monitor machine output and Units Per Hour (UPH) to sustain and improve production efficiency.
• Implement preventive and corrective actions to address machine, process, or human errors.
• Coordinate the qualification, certification, and training of operators to enhance team effectiveness.
• Conduct daily meetings with operators to discuss line issues, improvements, and engagement.
• Maintain accurate daily production reports and documentation regarding line performance.
• Support and sustain Safety, ESD, and 5S programs in collaboration with EHS and Quality teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by initiating new systems and process modifications.

Requirements

• B.S. Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an individual contributor in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
