Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee cylinder filling operations to minimize handling and ensure customer requirements are met
• Monitor production parameters, perform tests, and execute corrective operations to maintain quality and quantity
• Lead first response in emergency situations and initiate safety procedures
• Organize primary and secondary cylinder handling, including truck flow, sorting, and loading coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, specifically regarding lock-out/tag-out and confined spaces
• Maintain administrative documentation, including production data entry, incident reports, and technical documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to advance safety and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, operations, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience or equivalent as a new engineer
• Valid US employment authorization (no visa sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the industrial gas industry
