Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize production activities and manage a team of approximately 20 workers to meet forecasts and maximize resources
• Coordinate aircraft repair and retouching interventions based on production priorities and customer needs
• Ensure all work complies with technical specifications and company quality standards
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve technical and logistical issues
• Provide technical support to the team and ensure necessary skill development
• Analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement plans to optimize processes
• Prepare and present progress reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or repair processes in an industrial setting
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Power BI, and other data visualization tools
• Fluency in French; English proficiency is an asset
• Strong organizational, proactive, and problem-solving skills in urgent situations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
