Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Program, direct, and control production activities by analyzing human and equipment resource capacity to meet established objectives.
• Optimize production processes, management systems, and work cell efficiency through interdepartmental leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, delivery, and cost standards.
• Lead and develop production teams, providing training and fostering professional growth.
• Identify and report risks affecting personnel, products, or machinery to Production Management.
• Analyze production, maintenance, and quality indicators to prioritize continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain effective upward and downward communication regarding company objectives and action plans.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent vocational training.
• 5 years of professional experience in production management functions.
• Proven leadership experience managing people within industrial environments.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced skills in Office 365, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
