Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage overall results for multi-shift manufacturing operations lines
• Ensure delivery of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with Abbott policies, FDA, and OSHA requirements
• Drive OEE objectives and execute plans to improve line performance and quality metrics
• Manage shift budgets with a focus on margin, material utilization, and Cost Improvement Program (CIP) goals
• Develop and execute training plans to improve manufacturing capability and support individual employee development
• Lead staffing activities and coach teams to meet performance goals and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, food technology, or engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Experience in project planning and execution
• Knowledge of process control
• Understanding of plant financial metrics and continuous improvement projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience utilizing project planning and execution tools
• Knowledge of FDA – 21 CFR and other regulatory requirements for Infant Formula
