Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team to execute manufacturing processes, transforming raw materials into ABB products efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure production scheduling and plans meet volume requirements and defined inventory service levels.
• Manage production line teams and oversee resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Identify deficiencies in the production area and implement improvement activities to enhance performance.
• Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements.
• Ensure all safety standards and initiatives are strictly applied within the production area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP SAP systems.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Ability to work and rotate across three shifts, Monday through Saturday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience in manufacturing per project.
