Production Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and correct commissioning, start-up, and operation of the production plant, process systems, gas compression, and machinery.
• Implement and maintain Company QHSE management systems and promote safety policies.
• Act as Area Authority for the process plant, managing the Permit to Work system and isolation philosophies.
• Lead the preparation of production staff for commissioning and normal operations through training and task assignment.
• Coordinate with licensors, vendors, and clients to ensure optimal plant performance and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage day-to-day production department issues, including personnel competence assessment and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee maintenance requirements, spare parts planning, and laboratory testing/analysis.
• Participate in HAZOP reviews and Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR).

Requirements

• Proven experience in process plant operation and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE management, including Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis.
• Experience participating in HAZOP and PSSR processes.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to manage technical teams and coordinate complex industrial activities.
