Production Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing activities and process changeovers to ensure conformance with production schedules
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and lower operational costs
• Support departmental ESHS activities to eliminate injuries and reduce process safety hazards
• Meet manufacturing goals and adhere to fundamental cGMP requirements
• Support operator development through coaching and mentorship

Requirements

• 8-10 years of manufacturing or manufacturing technical support experience
• Demonstrated ability to provide tactical leadership to achieve common objectives
• Strong knowledge of Small Molecule Manufacturing business processes
• Ability to analyze data to identify process improvements and implement action plans
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Flexibility in hours to support a 24/7/365 manufacturing environment
• BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
