Production Strategist

Responsibilities

• Drive the use of AI across the Production team to find agent-driven solutions for optimizing workloads
• Consult with Enterprise customers to align LILT’s SLAs and KPIs with their business needs
• Lead implementation of automated processes, including customized workflows, project management, and invoicing
• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding using an AI-first approach to accelerate standardization
• Scope new services, including pricing proposals and SLAs, using intelligent tooling
• Lead complex remediations and participate in continuous improvement programs using automation
• Work cross-functionally to develop AI agents for managing multi-step processes
• Monitor and exceed performance against KPIs such as Account Health, Onboarding speed, and Customer SLAs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing Enterprise-level localization programs
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Analytical and organized problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation, or Linguistics
• Experience onboarding new customers' localization programs
• Experience managing complex workflows for Enterprise customers
• Prior team leadership or management experience
