Production Specialist (Production Supervisor)

Responsibilities

• Manage human, material, and energy resources for production lines 5 and 6 to ensure manufacturing targets are met.
• Supervise production personnel and lead the operational teams on the production lines.
• Ensure timely and complete delivery of finished products from production to logistics.
• Guarantee that all production activities comply with current safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Execute corrective actions for product quality deviations in coordination with the Quality department.
• Maintain effective communication between Production, SCM, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
• Promote operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production process supervision.
• Proven experience managing unionized personnel and material resources.
• Technical knowledge of chemical industry operations and plant processes.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Kaizen, or 5S.
• Intermediate English skills (conversational).
• Ability to work rotating shifts according to operational needs.
