Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up SMD assembly machines to manufacture precision quartz and quartz oscillators
• Ensure smooth production workflows on SMD lines by monitoring machine parameters
• Perform machine changeovers, product swaps, and feeder/magazine replacements
• Execute technical troubleshooting and error diagnosis on assembly equipment
• Maintain material availability by replenishing components in a timely manner
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines
• Use inventory management software to transfer and track production orders
• Communicate technical issues to maintenance and production management

Requirements

• Experience in operating, setting up, and monitoring SMD assembly machines
• Knowledge of SMT process technology, including paste printing and reflow soldering
• Proficiency in quality inspection methods, such as Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
• Ability to read and implement manufacturing orders, parts lists, and assembly plans
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with technical processes
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• Availability to work in shifts
• Previous training or experience in electronics or fine mechanics is preferred, though candidates without specific electronics experience are welcome to apply
