Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work according to specific work instructions and inspection requirements
• Operate machinery, including the assembly of oscillators and machine setup
• Transfer orders and data within the inventory management software
• Manually assemble and solder electronic components using SMD processes
• Perform visual inspections and rework of solder joints in accordance with IPC standards

Requirements

• Experience or training in electronics or precision mechanics is preferred, though candidates without direct experience are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in precise manual soldering of SMD and THT components under a microscope
• Experience with various soldering techniques such as point soldering, drag soldering, and rework
• Ability to use desoldering tools including desoldering pumps, wick, and hot air stations
• Skill in identifying and fixing soldering defects like tombstoning, bridging, and cold solder joints
• Basic PC skills and the ability to follow technical processes
• Proficiency in written and spoken German
• Availability to work in shifts
