Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet daily output and quality targets
• Follow production instructions and report any process deviations or equipment issues
• Perform in-process inspections using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Adhere strictly to company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Support troubleshooting activities in collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams
• Help implement 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and basic quality control
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or MES manufacturing systems
