Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve assembly processes within the assigned production area
• Evaluate process specifications to ensure accuracy and reduce inefficiencies
• Drive production schedules and resolve process-related problems
• Assist in compliance with safety regulations, including ISO and business controls
• Provide production-ready documentation (MPIs) with equipment setup and programs
• Monitor equipment performance and perform minor adjustments, calibrations, and alignments
• Clear minor machine difficulties and perform repairs under supervision
• Support operators by answering questions and demonstrating proper operations
• Perform spot checks on products to ensure quality levels are maintained

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar production position
• Minimum 1 year of machine troubleshooting experience
• Strong knowledge of assembly requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication and documentation skills
