Responsibilities

• Follow up on the entire production process from raw material weighing through processing, compression, filling, blistering, and packaging
• Supervise production technicians and assign daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety procedures
• Oversee proper cleaning and setup of machines according to work instructions
• Monitor production conditions such as temperature, humidity, and machine logbooks
• Report malfunctions, deviations, or infrastructure problems
• Ensure accurate and complete batch documentation in real time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented personality with team working ability and resilience
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional
