Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple machines autonomously to ensure continuous and stable production.
• Perform specialized adjustments and routine setups to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve mechanical or process issues.
• Execute first-line maintenance, inspections, and cleaning tasks according to standard procedures.
• Monitor inline measurements and quality indicators to ensure compliance with process parameters.
• Identify process inefficiencies and material loss to contribute to waste reduction and improved flow.
• Support the training and onboarding of new technicians and share knowledge with the team.
• Promote and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure a risk-free work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a production or technical environment.
• Secondary education diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
