Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform various manufacturing tasks including weighing, bagging, packing, labeling, and storing products
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, skid steers, pumps, conveyors, and dryers
• Maintain facility cleanliness through general housekeeping, sweeping, vacuuming, and power washing
• Utilize computer systems to input and record data regarding safety, sanitation, and equipment operation
• Conduct troubleshooting and minor repairs of production equipment
• Adhere to all safety, food safety, quality, and environmental protocols
• Assist with material handling, including lifting, hauling, and stacking bags up to 55 lbs

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work rotational or swing shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar industrial/military environment
