Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle grain and waste through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping soybean products
• Maintain, monitor, and adjust production equipment
• Utilize computer systems to record data regarding safety, sanitation, and processing
• Operate forklifts and other equipment for loading and unloading bulk materials
• Communicate with team members regarding equipment operation, safety concerns, and product quality
• Adhere to all safety, environmental compliance, and food quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment
• Experience in a military environment
