Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and adjust production equipment to ensure efficient operation
• Utilize computer systems to input and record data regarding safety, sanitation, and processing
• Perform grain handling, weighing, and product storage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain facility cleanliness through sweeping, vacuuming, painting, and general maintenance
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and conveyors for loadout and unloading processes
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding equipment operation, safety concerns, and product quality
• Adhere to all safety, environmental compliance, and food quality standards to maintain a zero-injury culture

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Physical ability to lift and transport materials up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 55 lbs occasionally
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and cold, and in environments with dust and noise
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience in a military environment
