Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and document job workflows and production instructions for print projects
• Create and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Support end-to-end production workflows from intake to completion
• Maintain high standards for color accuracy, print quality, and output consistency
• Coordinate with production teams to assign work and improve workflow efficiency
• Assist in managing packaging, fulfillment, and shipping preparation
• Oversee shipping logistics, tracking, and delivery coordination
• Support the sourcing and evaluation of new print materials and supplies
• Participate in R&D for new production processes and workflow improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process optimization
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel

Requirements

• Experience in print production, manufacturing, or production coordination roles
• Strong understanding of production workflows and scheduling processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
