Production Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and coordination for a production team of up to 10 employees
• Monitor production processes, including setting up and starting up equipment
• Inspect and troubleshoot machine malfunctions
• Ensure optimal use of machines and tools while adhering to self-inspection and deadline requirements
• Conduct control rounds and create repair orders for maintenance when necessary
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators regarding material consumption, quality, and energy
• Manage order-related documentation and create shift handover protocols

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., Process Mechanic) or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in leading employees within a production environment
• Proficiency in German
• Routine use of MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• High level of flexibility, resilience, and communication skills
