Production Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous production and capacity during the assigned shift
• Contribute to quality assurance projects and follow all quality instructions
• Maintain compliance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Support the introduction of new products and materials into the production area
• Drive continuous improvement efforts within the department
• Deliver employee training on safety, quality, and machine-specific tasks
• Report daily shift performance to management and provide weekly KPI feedback
• Manage team members, including scheduling, absenteeism, and replacements
• Monitor team compliance with health, safety, and environmental rules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a Technical University (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or industrial role
• Ability to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
