Production Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at the Sam’s Kitchen production plant
• Implement and communicate production, logistics, and warehouse visions
• Manage team scaling and drive engagement through leadership and coaching
• Report daily and weekly KPI metrics and analyze deviations
• Prioritize HSE, HR, and maintenance areas
• Ensure food safety and compliance with legal and quality standards
• Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement and identify bottlenecks
• Collaborate with Quality, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Engineering departments

Requirements

• Experience in the FMCG sector
• Experience in team management
• Advanced English language skills
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Sanitary-epidemiological certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• A love for dogs
