Production Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the production shift team
• Plan employee shifts and assign specific work tasks
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all occupational safety and quality guidelines
• Communicate effectively with adjacent departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics
• Record and evaluate production KPIs
• Provide regular reporting to the production management

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial field
• Ideally a Master or Technician qualification
• Several years of experience in production, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality assurance
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• Highly organized with an independent working style
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Proficient in MS Office and production software
• High level of reliability and strong communication skills
