Production Section Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with the production manager
• Organize production flows across 3 shifts to ensure continuity and predictability
• Assign tasks to teams of foremen and technicians and monitor performance against KPIs
• Monitor and report daily KPIs including productivity, consumption, scrap rates, and machine utilization
• Coordinate a team of 150 employees, ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Oversee raw material consumption and implement measures to reduce waste and optimize usage
• Ensure compliance with work procedures, occupational health and safety (OHS), and internal regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume industrial production as a Production Manager, Section Head, or Shift Leader
• Strong ability to work with data, productivity indicators, and Excel
• Proven experience coordinating large teams with natural authority
• High decision-making speed and practical orientation
• Technical higher education is a plus
• Experience in the wood industry is an advantage but not mandatory
