Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily sterile production activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety regulations
• Manage and develop the sterile production team, ensuring proper training and performance management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve product quality
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental controls and aseptic techniques within the sterile manufacturing area
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to maintain compliance and resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• 7-9 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical production
• Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes, aseptic techniques, and cGMP regulations
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex production operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English communication
