About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily sterile production activities to ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety regulations
- Manage and develop the sterile production team through proper training and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental controls and aseptic techniques within the manufacturing area
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to maintain compliance and resolve operational issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- 7-9 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical production
- Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes and aseptic techniques
- Deep understanding of cGMP regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex production operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English
