About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the solid dosage production section, ensuring adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and safety procedures
- Lead and mentor the production team, promoting continuous learning and performance excellence
- Implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering departments to address and resolve production and quality issues
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards within the production area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- 7-9 years of experience in solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of solid dosage production processes and cGMP requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
