Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for autonomous surface vessels
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align design, procurement, and production
• Monitor production progress and take corrective action to resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability and inventory control
• Manage and update project timelines in response to engineering changes or customer requirements
• Communicate production status and resource bottlenecks to internal stakeholders
• Optimize manpower, equipment, and material usage for maximum efficiency
• Maintain documentation for production schedules and supply chain management
• Assist in planning test runs and quality checks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing
• Experience with defense or advanced technology products
• Familiarity with DoD production standards and regulatory compliance
