Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Continuously review supply plans to ensure the correct product mix and service level targets are met.
• Create, schedule, and release purchase and production orders.
• Manage import and export requirements for raw materials.
• Provide input to S&OE regarding potential supply issues and supplier constraints.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and undertake structured reviews of inventory policies.
• Plan production lines efficiently in alignment with stock requirements and factory constraints.
• Drive the reduction of slow-moving inventory and propose improvements to SAP master data.
• Contribute to the successful development of customer supply chain collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a planner or purchaser.
• Practical knowledge of supply planning processes and inbound logistics.
• Proficiency with SAP R/3 and SAP BO (Business Objects).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Import & Export processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant business discipline.
• Previous experience in purchasing and planning within a multinational company.
