Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP/MRP systems
• Coordinate schedule execution with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
• Analyze capacity constraints and develop solutions to support demand changes
• Create and release production orders and packaging instructions
• Establish and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards

Requirements

• College degree in manufacturing, supply chain, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP
• Deep understanding of Production Scheduling (MPS), MRP logic, and capacity planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP systems
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
