Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP/MRP systems to meet customer demand
• Coordinate schedule execution with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
• Analyze capacity constraints and develop solutions to support demand changes
• Manage inventory levels, including establishing minimum and maximum safety stock
• Create and release production orders and packaging instructions
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards

Requirements

• College degree in manufacturing, supply chain, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP
• Deep understanding of Production Scheduling (MPS), MRP logic, and capacity planning
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
